Sarah Baines
Doctor of Chiropractic
Originally from Bournemouth Sarah has been working in the local area for the past 3 years. She enjoys treating any musculoskeletal problems within the body but takes a special interest in treating sports related injures and supporting people through pregnancy.

Prior to her decision to study chiropractic and during her course of study she enjoyed working as both a healthcare assistant and as a support worker giving her a strong grounding in working with people within a healthcare setting.

From there she chose to study for a chiropractic masters degree, where, due to her own hobbies she took a very keen interest in the treatment of sports and overuse injuries. During her final year clinical placement this gave her, alongside working within the day to day clinical setting, the opportunity to go out and work with a local community sports team and with athletes from further afield.

Sarah is a member of the British Chiropractic Association and the General Chiropractic Council.

"I really enjoy being able to help people feel better and return to their usual daily activities, whether that be helping people to get out and about and manage their usual daily chores, returning to competitive sports or anywhere in between!"

Kate Bagshaw
Kate Bagshaw
Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist
Kate has been practicing Soft Tissue Therapy since 2015, after the birth of her daughter prompted a career change.

Kate loves to spend time adventuring – in the wilds of Dorset and beyond! – with her partner and daughter. Trail running challenges and a river swim are on the cards for her this summer!

“Kate’s sport therapy is simply what it should be…a feedback powered exploration of your soft tissue. You feel like you’ve created a partnership with someone who’s going to look out for your body so you can crack on with trying to achieve whatever it is you’re doing in the sporting world.”
“She has a way of explaining exactly what is happening with my body and how I can help reduce aches and pains. An hour on the massage table brings me an understanding of what to do, to help with my quality of life.”
